If you're reading this, you practise BJJ or another hard martial art or sport. Whatever it is, I bet you are stiff, sore, and perhaps have some injuries… Right?
In fact, I bet you've been at the gym trying to remove the pain yourself and nothing has worked. Or maybe that monster in your head had said to yourself "I'll just keep training, it will get better! Every day PORRADA"... Right?
I know because I have had the same experience.
Even now, you are still in pain, you have had to work around those injuries and you feel miserable about them. Because of this you can’t reach your full potential on the mat and you always have that "achilles heel" holding you back. But you keep going to Jiu-Jitsu anyway because you are addicted like the rest of us and you won't take time off so you keep having to work around those injuries.
You want to spend more time doing what you love but sometimes you get injured and that stops you doing what you love. Well what if you had a way of working on those injuries, so that you can finally shake off that "achilles heel" or not have to tap early because of that shoulder injury from 2006?
